To help support occasional tension in the head and neck, diffuse several drops of Grapefruit Pink with 2-3 drops of Fir Needle or Rosemary 1,8-Cineole. Dilute your favorite Plant Therapy carrier oil to help purify congested, oily, and blemish prone skin. It can also be diluted and applied topically to the abdomen for digestive upset. To avoid the risk of photosensitivity, dilute to a maximum of 1% for topical applications. |
